5. Business Listings on the MTW Website
5.1.All business listings on the MTW Website are made in accordance with the following rules and you agree to be bound by these rules when submitting your business listing to the MTW Website:
5.1.1. MTW will determine the appropriate category for your listing;
5.1.2. upon receipt of your business listing, MTW will review and approve your business listing;
5.1.3. MTW reserves the right to edit or remove any business listing at any time in its sole discretion;
5.1.4. by submitting your business listing to MTW, you agree to grant MTW permission, free of charge, to display your material on the MTW Website in any way we want (including altering or adapting it for operational or editorial reasons);
5.1.5. when submitting a business listing, you will be providing MTW with your personal details and business details. By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that:
a) Any information you submit is accurate and truthful and you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date;
b) You have the right to submit the information contained in your business listing. MTW accepts no responsibility or liability for any infringement of third party rights by your business listing;
5.1.6. MTW does not make any representations or warranties or guarantees of any specific results being achieved following your submission of a business listing on the MTW Website;
5.1.7. MTW will not be liable in any way or under any circumstances for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of submitting a business listing to MTW, nor for any errors or omissions in your business listing; and
5.1.8. you agree to indemnify and hold MTW harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees), made by any third party due to or arising out of your business listing, your connection to MTW and the MTW Website or the violation of any third party rights by or in connection with your business listing.
6. Website Users
6.1.By continuing to use the MTW Website, you acknowledge and agree that MTW does not have control of or any involvement in the businesses featured on the MTW Website and MTW accepts no responsibility or liability in any way for any actions taken, or any goods or services provided by any business featured on the MTW Website.
6.2.MTW will not be liable in any way or under any circumstances for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of using the MTW Website or any of the businesses featured on the MTW Website. Use of and reliance upon the business listings featured on the MTW Website is entirely at your own risk.
6.3.Whilst MTW has made all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information provided on the MTW Website, including in the business listings featured on the MTW Website, is accurate and up-to-date, MTW makes no warranty or representation in relation to such information.
