You’ll learn practical techniques to help you transform the way you may be feeling about the upcoming birth, enjoy deep relaxation time, and form friendships with other parents-to-be in your area.
The course is for you and your birth partner, and is spread over 4 sessions of around 2 hours each (other options available), and lots of relaxation practice at home for you both.
